1. Is Fusionari jewellery made of real silver?

Yes. Our silver jewellery is made with 92.5% sterling silver, also known as 925 silver.

2. What does 92.5% Sterling Silver mean?

925 Sterling Silver means that the jewellery contains 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals. Pure silver is naturally very soft, so it is alloyed with other metals to create a stronger material that is suitable for jewellery while retaining the beauty and properties of silver.

3. Do we use real gemstones?

Yes. Wherever a product is described as featuring a natural gemstone, we use naturally occurring gemstones. Since natural gemstones are formed by nature, each stone can have subtle variations in colour, texture, inclusions and pattern, making every piece unique.

4. Why does my gemstone look slightly different from the picture?

Natural gemstones are not identical. Differences in colour, pattern, translucency, inclusions and texture are natural characteristics and are not defects. Your piece may therefore have slight variations from the product images shown online.

5. Is the jewellery stamped 925?

Yes. Our silver jewellery carries the relevant 925/sterling silver marking.

6. Will 925 silver jewellery tarnish?

Yes. Sterling silver can naturally tarnish over time when exposed to air, moisture, sweat, perfumes, chemicals and other substances. Tarnishing does not mean that the silver is fake or impure. With proper care and regular cleaning, your jewellery can be restored to its original shine.

7. How do I take care of my silver jewellery?

Store your jewellery in a dry, airtight pouch or box when not wearing it. Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, sanitizers, chemicals, water and excessive sweat. Gently wipe your jewellery with a soft jewellery cloth after wearing it.

8. Is the colour of the jewellery permanent?

The appearance of silver jewellery can change naturally over time due to oxidation and exposure to the environment. Pieces with additional finishes such as plating may also require extra care. Following our care instructions will help maintain the appearance of your jewellery for longer.

9. Does every piece come with a Certificate of Authenticity?

Yes. Each eligible Fusionari jewellery piece is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity stating the material and gemstone details provided for that piece.

10. Is Fusionari jewellery hypoallergenic?

Yes. All of our jewellery pieces are lead-, nickel- and cadmium-free, making our jewellery suitable for sensitive skin.
